Armed Robber Holds Up Bar-Restaurant In Fishtown
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are searching for an armed man who robbed a Fishtown restaurant early Wednesday morning.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. at Loco Pez Bar and Restaurant in the 2400 block of East Norris Street.
Police say a man armed with a sawed-off shotgun approached two employees and two customers as they were leaving the restaurant, forced them back inside, and then robbed one customer of $70 and took $1,000 from the bar's cash register.
The suspect fled the scene.
No one was injured in the incident.
Authorities say the entire incident was captured on surveillance video.
