Armed Man Robs Female In South Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are searching for an armed suspect who robbed a woman in South Philadelphia last week.
The incident happened on November 15 at about 7:50 p.m. near 21st and Pemberton Streets.
According to investigators, the female victim was walking down 21st when she was approached from behind by a male who put his arm around her and told her he had a gun in his back.
The victim told police she dropped her purse, at which point the suspect picked it up and fled the area.
The victim was not injured.
