Another Victim Files Lawsuit Following Center City Building Collapse

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Another victim has filed a civil lawsuit against a host of defendants in connection with last week's building collapse in Center City.
Thirty-six-year-old Felicia Hill appeared before reporters with her attorney, Emmett Madden. She worked at the Salvation Army Thrift store and says that for weeks before that collapse, bricks had been falling on the ceiling of the store from the demolition site next door. She explained that the day of the collapse, she heard the bricks falling again and looked across the store at a co-worker.
"That's when, like I said, the entire wall had fell down and buried her, and then I ran for my life," Hill recalled.
The co-worker was Kimberly Finnegan, who died in the collapse.
Hill, who has seven children, says that all she could think about at that moment was that her kids would never see their mother again. She also says she is physically banged up from the event and emotionally distraught.
