Another Boy Arrested For Upper Darby 'Bully' Attack
UPPER DARBY, Pa. (CBS) - A seventh suspect in a vicious bullying attack on an Upper Darby teen has been arrested and faces serious charges.
A 14-year-old boy joins the ranks of six other 13 to 17-year-olds in juvenile detention to face charges in the attack that had a fellow Upper Darby High School student begging for his life.
Police superintendent Michael Chitwood says they plucked the suspect out of class in handcuffs:
"He is no longer a tough guy. He was down in the detention room, waiting to be transported, and was vomiting in one of the trash cans, and crying, saying he had never been involved in anything like this."
The victim wasn't seriously hurt, but the seven teens face assault and kidnapping charges. They're accused of filming the brutality with a cell phone camera.
