"There is no better way to welcome college students to Philadelphia than with a massive all-day festival right in the middle of the city," said Campus Philly President Deborah Diamond. "CollegeFest is the perfect introduction to what this city has to offer, and we're thrilled to present another exciting welcome for the region's college students."
The all-day event will feature outdoor games, pop-up performances, more than 20 exhibits, and a chance to meet fellow students before the semester really begins.
CollegeFest has also added a new feature allowing students to take part in a Mural Arts walking tour around Center City.
Students that attend CollegeFest will receive free admission and transportation to many of the city's museums for the entire day. Some of those museums include the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Eastern State Penitentiary, Museum of the American Revolution and more.
