For Tom Ridge, it's been an emotional weekend. Saturday he dedicated the memorial in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. The former governor was the first Secretary of Homeland Security in the years after 9/11/.

He thinks we are safer now but that we can't be lulled into a false sense of security
"Clearly we are safer and we are more secure but that doesn't mean we are any less of a target. That's the challenge. We can't be breathless about it but we have to accept it as the new norm. They're out there, it's a global scourge. We've been lucky a couple times in the past few months and past year and a half in the United States. We're still a target," says Ridge.
In a regional exclusive, Ridge remembers his arrival at Shanksville on 9/11 and his decision to leave the Governor's office and head to the White House.
