Amber Alert Remains In Effect Despite No Children Reported Missing
NEW CASTLE, Del. (CBS)--New Castle County Detectives continue to investigate a possible child abduction that was reported in the community of Whispering Pines.
Police and surrounding jurisdictions have not received any reports of missing children and they are not ruling out the fact a parent could have pulled the child into the vehicle.
Tuesday night at about 6:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of Albion Drive and Elliot Street in the community of Whispering Pines for a report of a possible child abduction.
County officers and detectives have searched the neighborhood and surrounding area, but were unsuccessful in their efforts in locating the child or alleged abductor.
