Allentown Substitute Teacher Charged With Sexually Assaulting 9-Year-Old Boy
ALLENTOWN, Pa. (CBS) – A substitute teacher in the Allentown School District has been charged with sexually assaulting a 9-year-old student.
Michael James Agrippine, a 47-year-old from Coopersburg, is accused of sexually assaulting the boy, who is a student at Union Terrace Elementary School, inside a basement bathroom on Jan. 18, 2013.
Agrippine has been charged with aggravated indecent assault, a first-degree felony; institutional sexual assault, a third-degree felony; and indecent assault, a misdemeanor of the first degree. He was arrested after the victim alerted a child interview specialist on Jan. 21st.
