Alleged Liquor Thief Arrested In Wilmington
WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – Police have arrested a man for stealing liquor from a Wilmington restaurant.
On Saturday, Oct. 5 around 5:15 a.m., police responded to the 1700 block of Delaware Avenue, the Scratch McGoo's Restaurant, for a burglary in progress.
Upon arrival, the suspect was seen entering the basement window of the restaurant from an adjacent alley way. He was then seen exiting through the door with several bottles of liquor.
Police took Eric Moss, a convicted felon, into custody for the robbery without incident.
