PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - ACDSee
If nothing else, the ACDSee app earns some points for its name.
It combines your camera with a photo editor and collage maker, letting you optimize your shots before you inevitably share them on social media (which the app also helps you do).
You'll be able to control the shutter speed and exposure of your phone's camera though, to be honest, most smart phones do a really good job of this themselves.
