86-Year-Old Man Arrested For Alleged Sexual Abuse Of Minor
PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) -- An elderly man has been arrested on charges he sexually abused a minor over the course of three years.
Joseph Budick, 86, was arrested after Plymouth Township Detectives determined he'd sexually abused a female minor between 2005 and 2008.
The alleged abuse occurred when the victim would sleep over at Budick's home on Shasta Road in Plymouth Township.
Budick was arrested and charged with Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Indecent Assault, and Corruption of Minors.
He is currently being held on $100,000 unsecured bail.
