76ers To Play Without Jrue Holiday Friday Night
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Philadelphia will play Friday night at Indiana without its leading scorer, guard Jrue Holiday.
Holiday has a sprained right foot. He's started all 22 games this season, averaging 18.4 points and has a team-high 196 assists. He will be replaced in the starting lineup by Dorell Wright, who is making his fifth start of the season. The 76ers (12-10) also will be without guard Royal Ivey who has a strained right groin.
The Pacers (11-11) also will be short-handed.
Starting guard Lance Stephenson is out with a right ankle injury. Stephenson has been averaging 7.3 points and 3.1 rebounds this season and will be replaced by Gerald Green.
