76ers Return From All-Star Break, Host Cavaliers
By Matt Leon
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Philadelphia 76ers return from the NBA All-Star break on Tuesday night as they welcome the Cleveland Cavaliers to town.
These two teams went into the break headed in different directions. The 76ers have lost eight straight games to fall to 15-39 for the season. The Cavaliers have won four in a row to improve to 20-33.
This will be the fourth and final meeting between these two teams this season. Cleveland has won two of the first three. The 76ers one win came at the Center back on November 8th, as they grabbed a 94-79 decision. Both of Cleveland's wins in the season series came on their home floor.
It is possible that this could be the last game for in a 76ers uniform for someone as the NBA trade deadline is quickly approaching. It is Thursday at 3:00pm. The names most mentioned in rumors involving the Sixers these days are Evan Turner and Spencer Hawes.
KYW's Matt Leon spoke with Tom Moore of the Bucks County Courier Times about the match-up with the Cavaliers and the upcoming NBA trade deadline.
