Thanksgiving Eve Fire Displaces 6 in Darby Township
DARBY Twp., Pa., (CBS) -- Six residents were displaced following a row home fire Wednesday night in Darby Township.
The fire was reported shortly before 8 p.m. in the 1400 block of Clifton Avenue.
Officials tell CBS 3 the blaze destroyed two row homes, displacing six residents including a mother and her three children and an elderly couple.
It took crews about 30 minutes to place the fire under control.
Officials believe some sort of electrical malfunction sparked the fire.
No injuries were reported.
The incident remains under investigation.
