PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Cinnaminson, New Jersey man who was on the run for more than 22 years was arrested earlier this month in Boswell, Pennsylvania.
The Burlington County Prosecutor's office says 48-year-old James Barclay was first arrested in 1989 in Cinnaminson, and charged with sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy multiple times over a two year period.
After pleading guilty in March of 1991, Barclay was scheduled to be sentenced later that year, but never showed up.
He was arrested on April 5th, and produced a driver's license with a fake name and information. Authorities say Barclay used a made up social security number to obtain the license, and also bought a house and firearms, in addition to picking up a job as a truck driver.
James Barclay is currently being held on $150,000 bail on charges of jumping bail. He'll also face sentencing for the sexual assault charges on July 11th.
