5 WRs The Eagles Could Target In Free-Agency
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- With Jeremy Maclin reportedly expected to sign with the Kansas City Chiefs on Tuesday after 4:00 p.m., when free-agency officially begins, the Eagles need help at wide receiver. Certainly, they can't go into the 2015 season with Riley Cooper, Josh Huff, and Jordan Matthews as their top-three wide outs.
Certainly, the big-named veteran receivers like Andre Johnson and Reggie Wayne are out there, but I don't think that's the direction Chip Kelly and the Eagles want to go. Younger players, who have been stuck in bad systems or have been buried on the depth charts, now motivated to succeed, might make more sense.

Here are five of those names to keep an eye on.
5. Jarrett Boykin, 25 (restricted)
After a 49-catch sophomore season in Green Bay, Boykin gave way to talented rookie DaVante Adams last season. At 6'2", 218-pounds, Boykin could be a sneaky asset for the Eagles. He is a restricted free-agent, however.
4. Kenny Britt, 26
Britt has six years of NFL experience, despite being only 26-years-old. While he's never had more than 48 catches in a season, at 6'3", 223-pounds, Britt is a "go-up-and-get-it" guy. He has dealt with injury problems throughout his career, but last season in St. Louis, Britt played all 16 games.
3. Harry Douglas, 30
Douglas is a bit older that the other names on this list, but a stand-up teammate and character, who is extremely talented. With 4.51 speed, Douglas can play anywhere on the field and he's displayed that during his six seasons in Atlanta. Despite behind Julio Jones and Roddy White on the Falcons' depth-chart, Douglas amassed 136 catches the last two seasons, including an 85-catch/1,000-yard 2013 season. Douglas is dynamic after the catch and could thrive in Chip Kelly's fast-paced offense.
2. Cecil Shorts, 27
Shorts might be the most talented available wide receiver, catching more than 50 balls in each of his last three seasons, playing for the putrid Jaguars. However, Shorts---6'0", 202-pounds---doesn't come without risk. Shorts has never played a full season in his four-year career, constantly battling shoulder and groin injuries, most recently.
1. Denarius Moore, 26
Moore, despite being just 6'0", 195-pounds, has ridiculous 4.45-40 speed. After catching 51 and 46 balls respectively for the Raiders in 2012 and 2013, Moore cooled off last season after dropping on the depth chart. However, he is a serious deep threat with big-play ability, something the Eagles are certainly missing.
