4-Year-Old Boy In Serious Condition After Philadelphia Hit-Run Accident
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police are looking for the driver of a 2004 silver Lincoln Town Car that struck a four-year-old boy in the city's Frankford section Friday.
The four-year-old was struck in the 1600 block of Pratt Street. Police say the boy's father was taking the boy to school when he was hit. Several neighbors witnessed the aftermath of the accident.
"He's screaming, 'my son, my son, my son!"
"I don't know where he was bleeding from, his head or his legs. It could have been bleeding from anywhere, but I don't know."
The boy was rushed to the hospital and is now in serious, but stable condition. Police say they believe the driver of the Lincoln probably works for a limousine cab service.
