3 Sought In Home Invasion Of 55-Year-Old Man In Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for three suspects who robbed a 55-year-old man in Philadelphia.
The incident occurred on May 3rd at 10 p.m. at an apartment building in the 6600 block of 12th Street in the East Oak Lane section of the city.
According to police, two unknown males and one female knocked on the victim's door and then forced their way in after it was opened.
Once inside, authorities say the female demanded money from the victim while one male pointed a gun at him, threatening to kill him if he looked up, and the other male took money from his pockets.
Police say the suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash, and Xbox system, cell phone and prescription medication and then fled in an unknown direction.
The first suspect has been described as a 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-4, 30-year-old, black female with a light brown complexion, medium build and dark curly hair. She was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and dark colored pants.
The second suspect has been described as a 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-5, bald, black male with a medium brown complexion. He was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and dark colored pants.
The third suspect has been described as a 6-foot to 6-foot-2, black male with a medium complexion, mustache, scruffy beard and a stocky build. He was wearing a dark colored knit hat, gray hooded sweatshirt, khaki cargo style pants and black sneakers.
