PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Airlines are falling behind when it comes to keeping flights on schedule, but fewer passengers are complaining. 3 On Your Side's Jim Donovan is here with that story and the rest of the day's consumer news.
The Department of Transportation reports that 83.5% of airline flights arrived on time in November, down a bit from 84.1% in October.
Hawaiian Airlines claimed its customary top spot, with 93.9% of their flights arriving on time. Southwest (79.5%) ExpressJet (79%) and Frontier (78.6%) held down the bottom three spots; all had on-time ratings below 80 percent.
Meanwhile 755 complaints were filed by air travelers in November, compared with 988 that were filed in November of 2012.
The top complaint was flight problems, including cancelations and delays.

Speaking of complaints, Capital One is in the lead when it comes to complaints about credit cards. That's according to the U.S. Public Interest Research Group after it analyzed 25,000 complaints filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau since 2011.
Capital One got about 21% of the complaints, followed by Citibank (18%) Bank of America (13%) and Chase (13%)
Capital One says its research shows differently and that it's committed to resolving any issues with customers.

Lean Cuisine, Kashi and Marie Callender's took the top spots in recent Consumer Reports taste tests of steamable meals.
The magazine says while the meals offer a fast, tasty and healthful dinner for one, any suggestion that they're reinventing frozen entrées is just a lot of hot air.
