PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Dangerous products that put your family at risk. Here's what you need to know. It's this week's 3 on your side recall roundup.
First up - choking concerns!
Target is recalling 127,000 Halloween themed LED gel clings. A small battery inside can be exposed, posing a choking and ingestion hazard to young children.
The gel clings are placed on windows and light up. There are several designs. Green or pink skeletons, a purple spider, black cat, an orange pumpkin and a black bat.
They were sold at Target in August and September for one dollar.
Stop using gel clings and return them to target for a full refund.
Next up, shock hazard!
175,000 rice and slow cookers are being recalled.
Improper wiring can cause an electrical short. In one instance a cooker turned itself on without help and in another case, a shock injury was reported.
Here's what you need to know.
The recall involves 3 Squares Tim3 Machin3 and Mini Tim3 Machin3. Rice and slow cookers with fixed power cords.
They were sold at Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, Costco, Kohl's Target, Home Depot and online from December of 2015 through July of this year.
Unplug these cookers and contact 3 Squares for a replacement.
Finally, fire hazard! Cabela's is recalling about 3,000 food dehydrators.
Defective wiring is involved with this product too. There have been nine reports of the item malfunctioning.
The recall involves Cabela's commercial grade 80 liter and 160 liter food dehydrators. Made of stainless steel they have model numbers 541549 and 541650 written on a back panel.
They were sold by Cabela's in stores and online in August and September.
Stop using this product and contact Cabela's for a replacement or refund.
