3 Charged In Murder of Gloucester County, NJ Gas Station Attendant

WOODBURY, N.J. (CBS) -- Three men are now facing murder charges in the shooting death last August of a Woodbury gas station attendant.
Cordero Hodge and Jamell Pierce, both 22, of Camden, and 24-year-old Isaiah Williams of Woodbury are all accused in the murder of 40-year-old Surinder Singh.
Gloucester County prosecutor Sean Dalton called it a random crime.
"The three defendants were in the city of Woodbury for the purpose of committing a robbery, and they decided to commit the robbery at the Garden State Fuel gas station. And then, during the course of that robbery, defendant Hodge shot Mr. Singh once in the chest, killing him."
Their take from the holdup was absolutely nothing (see previous story).
Singh had lived in Woodbury for a decade and had just moved his wife and two children from India when he was murdered.
Bail is set at $1 million for Hodge, $750,000 each for Williams and Pierce.
