23 People Arrested Following Prostitution Investigation In Delaware
WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – As a result of an ongoing investigation into prostitution in Delaware, 10 suspects were arrested for prostitution.
Officials say the investigation was conducted by the New Castle County Police Department's Criminal Investigations Unit and Special Operations Unit along with Delaware State Police and Wilmington Police. It focused on the chronic prostitution occurring on Maryland Avenue at Canby Park in Wilmington, Route 9 at West Avenue in New Castle and Route 13 in the area of Leedom Estates and Manor Park.

The 10 women were arrested on Thursday, along with 13 "Johns" who allegedly solicited undercover female officers for sex and drugs.
The suspects all face charges including either prostitution or solicitation.
