2-Year-Old Girl Struck And Killed In Vineland
VINELAND, N.J. (CBS) -- A 2-year-old girl is dead after a pedestrian accident in Vineland, New Jersey.
Police say the girl was struck by a vehicle on Venus Drive around 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
The girl was rushed to Inspira Medical Center where she died a short time later.
The names of the driver and the victim were not immediately released.
There was no initial word of any charges against the driver.
The accident is under investigation.
