2 Women Transported To Temple University Hospital After SEPTA Bus Collides With Car

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Two people were transported to the hospital after a SEPTA bus and a car collided in North Philadelphia Sunday morning, according to authorities.

The accident happened at about 8 a.m. at 17th and Lehigh streets. Authorities say there were seven people on the bus at the time of the collision.

The two female victims, a 34-year-old and 50-year-old, were transported to Temple University Hospital in stable condition with minor neck and back pain. The rest of the passengers also sustained minor injuries, police say.

Philadelphia police are investigating the cause of the crash.
