2 Rutgers-Camden Students Create Résumé-Evaluator Web Site

CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) - How do you know if your résumé is getting the attention you think it deserves?  A new web source has been created by a Rutgers University law school student to help you get more eyeballs on your résumé.

The online service is called RezScore.com.  Co-founder Sean Weinberg says he and Gerritt Halll created the web site to allow any job seeker -- and college graduates in particular -- to have his or her résumé "graded" and possibly improved.

The two spent hours interviewing hiring managers, recruiters, and others on what makes a great résumé.  The final rules were then put into a computer program.

Job seekers can uploard their résumé and Rezscore.com will instantly evaluate it. The service is free, although you can get résumé rewrites for a fee.

Weinberg says there are amazing candidates out there who cannot put together a cohesive résumé, and this web site hopes to change that.
