2 Robbed In Home Invasion In Smyrna, Delaware
SMYRNA, Del. (AP) -- Delaware State Police say three men robbed a couple during a home invasion in Smyrna.
It happened about 1:35 a.m. Monday on Whitehall Neck Road. Troopers say three men kicked in a door. One, who was armed with a handgun, ordered one of the homeowners to the floor.
The other two suspects confronted the other homeowner and took cash and jewelry from her.
The two victims were ordered into the home's basement and the suspects fled.
There were no injuries.
