At about 1:30 p.m., a vehicle traveling northbound on interstate 95 lost control and fell 35 feet off the highway near Wakeling Street, police said. Police identified the victims as Ryan Miller of Langhorne and Christina Jacoby of Pendell.
Authorities say Miller lost control of his vehicle which was moving at a high rate of speed before it struck the left and right side barriers.
