Firefighters Battle 2-Alarm Blaze In Ship Bottom

SHIP BOTTOM, N.J., (CBS) – Firefighters battled a two-alarm fire in Ship Bottom, Ocean County Monday afternoon.

The fire was reported shortly before 4 p.m. in the 2100 block of Long Beach Boulevard.

The view from Chopper 3 showed a large response of fire crews at the scene.

Due to the fire department and police activity, police urged residents to avoid the area of 21^st Street and Long Beach Boulevard.

There were no reports of injuries.
