2 Children, Adult Injured In Wilmington Auto-Pedestrian Accident

WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) - Wilmington Police are investigating an auto-pedestrian accident that left two children and an adult seriously injured Friday morning.

Authorities say the victims were crossing the Lancast Avenue and Rodman Street intersection at about 8 a.m. when an SUV struck the group, ejecting the youngest child from a stroller.

All three were taken to Christiana Hospital in serious condition. There is no word on the extent of their injuries or if any charges have been filed.
