17-Year-Old Boy Shot In The Foot In Delaware County Park
CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) - A 17-year-old boy is recovering after being shot inside a park in Chester Sunday afternoon.
At about 1:30 p.m., Chester Police officers were in the 900 block of Terrill Street when numerous shots were heard from an area near the Sun Village Park.
When police arrived, they found the unidentified teenager in the park, near the basketball court, suffering with a gunshot wound to his left foot.
Medics transported the teen to Crozer Chester Medical Center in stable condition.
The motive in this shooting is not yet known. Police are investigating.
