$15,000 Award For Info On Arson Fires At Temple
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A reward of up to $15,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in a series of arson fires at a $216 million residential complex under construction at Temple University.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is investigating the blazes at Morgan Hall at the north Philadelphia campus. The project consists of a 27-story building and a 10-story building and is expected to provide housing for about 1,300 students this fall.

The ATF on Thursday announced it's offering $5,000 and construction contractor L.F. Driscoll Co. is offering $10,000 for information about the fires.
Officials say the series of six small fires on Monday and Tuesday caused about $100,000 in damage.
Three people were hospitalized for smoke inhalation.
