11 Left Homeless After Kensington House Fire

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Nearly a dozen people are displaced following a fire inside a Philadelphia row home early Thursday morning.
The one-alarm fire started at about 3 a.m. inside a home in the 2500 block of N. 2nd Street in the city's Kensington section.
The fire reportedly began in the third floor of the three-story row home. Firefighters were able to bring the blaze under control in less than 30 minutes.
There were no injuries reported.
A total of three families, 11 people in total, were left homeless due to the fire. The Red Cross is currently assisting those families.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
