The 2024 Day of Service includes more than 40 nonprofit projects across the state, with projects throughout the Denver Metro area, Northern Colorado, Pueblo, and Grand Junction. Since the first Day of Service in 2010, Xcel Energy Employees, community members and customers have come together to make a difference in our local communities. Last year, Day of Service volunteers packed 250,000 meals, decorated 2,000 meal bags, assembled 1,000 hygiene kits and treated 5 acres of land.
