Coloradans have been pretty clear about where they stand on abortion, voting down three measures establishing personhood across a span of 6 years. Proposition 128, if passed, would require people convicted of certain violent crimes to serve at least 85% of their sentence. Proposition 130 would allocate $350 million to law enforcement agencies across the state for salaries, bonuses, training and education and a $1 million death benefit for families of officers and deputies killed in the line of duty.
The impact of the measure -- Amendment 80 -- will largely depend on how the Colorado legislature, and courts, interpret it if it passes.
