Westminster Mayor Asks For Help To Rebuild Buddhist Temple
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4)- The mayor of Westminster is asking for help to rebuild a Buddhist temple that burned more than four years ago.
Mayor Herb Atchison sent out an email to all Westminster residents asking them to help preserve the group's culture.
Members have had a tough time rebuilding the Lao Buddhist Temple because insurance won't cover the cost of rebuilding. A 77-year-old senior monk was injured in the fire.
