First Store Announced For New Westminster Downtown
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) - A new downtown is coming to Westminster.
It's coming to the site of the old Westminster Mall at 88th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard.
On Thursday, the first retailer set to move in was announced.
Marczyk Fine Foods plans to build a 9,000 square foot grocery store.
The store will actually be on the first floor of the Origin Hotel.
The project should be finished by the end of 2018.
