Two Semis Crash On I-25, Closing All Southbound Lanes
JOHNSTOWN, Colo. (CBS4) - Part of Interstate 25 was closed Monday morning after two semi-trucks crashed in the southbound lanes.
One truck hit another near Johnstown, south of Loveland. The trucks were damaged and one man was taken to the hospital.
Many drivers began using Frontage Road to get around the accident that blocked all of southbound I-25.
CBS4 Traffic Specialist Joel Hillan suggests taking Highway 34 west to Loveland, then getting on U.S. 287 until Highway 66, which leads east back to I-25.
