Not many sit-down restaurants can successfully focus solely on desserts, but Keegan Gerhard and Lisa Bailey broke the mold with D Bar Desserts. The menu is divided into broad daylight and desserts at night, along with teas, cocktails and wine. The "Molten Cake Thingy Everybody Has..." uses Madagascar 64-percent chocolate, cherry compote, cherry coulis and pistachio ice cream. The best part for people with gluten allergies? It's gluten free. Now everyone can enjoy the delicious desserts. The evening menu offers key lime custard with pineapple mango chutney and buttermilk panna cotta with raspberry cloud and prickly pear sorbet.

It's the perfect combination of sweet fruit, rich cake and cold ice cream. Or check out some of the many small pastries that are changed out daily. You really can't go wrong with anything at Crave.
