Whether you are raising a glass for St. Patrick's Day or you are just looking for a truly tasty cocktail, Irish coffee is always a great choice. This beverage has been served in Ireland for more than 60 years, usually made with whiskey, coffee, sugar and cream, though each bartender and each establishment does it a little differently. Sometimes you'll even find additional ingredients in Irish coffee. Bailey's is often added, as is Crème de Menthe, but purists will tell you that only good Irish Whiskey should be used.
