Merle's is a funky little spot in what used to be a 1930s gas station, then a garage, and now an amazing little eatery. The restaurant honors its nostalgic past with lots of automotive-themed décor, the original garage doors and lots of fun vintage signs. Of course, the décor is nice but you are there for the amazing food. Merle's does casual comfort food best, with treats like pulled pork and delicious hot wings. The fried pickles are excellent and the truffle fries are always a must have. There are lots of different burgers to choose from or you can create your own by selecting from a huge list of toppings. There are even dishes like Colorado hybrid striped bass, house smoked baby back ribs and Creole pasta. This is a huge menu so you are sure to find something here to please everyone in your group.
