Drive past Snooze on a Saturday or Sunday morning and there is always a wait down the block. Good things are worth waiting for and Snooze is just that. The wait at this location is even a bit longer than the one in Boulder, which is the Snooze brother's very first location. The Chile Verde Benny is a big hit. It's slow-cooked pulled pork with green chile hollandaise, pico de gallo and cotija cheese topped with two poached eggs on house made corn tortillas. Pair it with a Bloody Mary or a Mimosa from the full bar. Snooze is only open for breakfast and lunch.

The granola crusted french toast is a big hit, too. The Cherry Creeker is a fan favorite. Pair it with a Cranberry Bellini or Irish Coffee from the full bar.
