SUV Rolls, Kills Woman In Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - A car that apparently was empty rolled over and killed a woman in Colorado Springs this week.

Eilinor Granzow, 82, and her husband Kenneth were walking out of the Chapel Hills Mall Tuesday when an unoccupied SUV ran them over.

Kenneth told The Gazette in Colorado Springs surveillance video showed no one was in the driver's seat of the car. The case was originally thought to be a hit-and-run.

Granzow's leg got pinned under the car and her husband was also injured.

Granzow later died at a hospital.

Police are still trying to figure out why the SUV rolled.

The Gazette reported the couple had been married for 58 years.
