Suspects Arrested After Discovery Of Body In Refrigerator

ALAMOSA, Colo. (CBS4) - Two murder suspects from Texas are under arrest in Alamosa.

Thomas Dunham, 43, and Erin Williams, 38, were arrested during a traffic stop.

Police say they've been linked to the death of a 62-year-old man who was found dead in a refrigerator near Arlington, Texas.

A father and son found the body inside a refrigerator while using a metal detector on Tuesday in Maypearl, according to CBS4 partner CBSDFW.com.

Arlington resident Jerry Roberts, 62, has been missing since May 6, when police conducted a welfare check at his family's request and found his truck and refrigerator missing. Arlington police spokeswoman Tiara Richard said officers found blood stains on a chair at Roberts' home.

Richard said "at least one witness" watched a heated argument between Roberts and his roommate Erin Williams, 38, one day before he disappeared. Williams was also spotted on a Fort Worth convenience store's surveillance video using Roberts's debit card, Richard said.

The two suspects are being held on a $500,000 bond.
