Suspect Turns Himself In Over Fatal Crash In Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Colorado Springs police say a suspect in a car crash that left one man dead and another injured after they were pinned between two vehicles has turned himself in.
Police say Michael Benton is facing charges of causing an accident involving death or injury after he turned himself in Monday night.
Police say a car crashed into the back of a truck on Feb. 13, hitting two plumbers as they were unloading tools. Mark Michelle was killed and Ken Baker was injured.
