Prison Won't Confirm Former Subway Spokesman Jared Fogle Was Attacked
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - A federal prison in Jefferson County is not confirming reports that Jared Fogle was attacked there.
Fogle is the former Subway restaurants spokesman sentenced to the federal prison in Englewood after pleading guilty to child pornography possession and having sex with minors.
TMZ reports a 60-year-old inmate attacked Fogle in January, leaving him with a bloody nose, swollen face and scratches on his neck.
Fogle was sentenced Nov. 19 to a 15-year, eight-month sentence.
