Snowmobiler Takes Video Of Getting Caught In Avalanche
GUNNISON, Colo. (CBS4) - Incredible video shows the moment an avalanche buried a snowmobiler near Gunnison.
Cody Strong posted the video on YouTube. It appears to be from his helmet and shows him riding around through the trees. Then -- in an instant -- a wall of snow topples over him.
Strong says the avalanche carried him 100 feet from his snowmobile. He says the experience convinced him to take avalanche safety classes.
