Pot Dispensary Security Guard Shot To Death During Robbery

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Aurora police are investigating a robbery and a shooting at a marijuana dispensary that left one man dead.

Police say the shooting happened at approximately 9:45 p.m. Saturday at the Green Heart dispensary located at 19005 East Quincy Avenue.

Authorities got a call for a robbery with shots fired. When officers arrived they found a security guard inside suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A preliminary investigation reveals two black men with handguns as suspects.

The victim's name hasn't been released.

By calling Crime Stoppers tipsters can remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
