Postal Workers Protest Cutbacks In Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Postal workers in Colorado Springs protested a plan to move parts of a processing and distribution center to Denver on Monday.
The workers say the move could delay delivery and pickup, and cost local jobs.
Picketers say the demonstration Monday was held to inform citizens their checks could arrive late, bills will not get paid on time and medication delivery could take longer.
