Police Search Through Hotel In Golden For Robber
GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Golden were called to the Courtyard by Marriott Thursday afternoon after a report came in of a robbery at the hotel.
The hotel is located on the frontage road at 6th and Indiana and the call came in just before 3 p.m. The hotel was evacuated soon afterwards.
The suspect was believed to be armed with a gun. He was described as wearing a red and blue Halloween mask, having reddish-brown hair with a skull cap, and possibly wearing gloves, stone washed jeans, and reebok tennis shoes.
The suspect took money from the hotel and was last seen in the lobby.
Authorities were going through the hotel in a search for the suspect because no one reported seeing him leave the building.
