Police: Driver Who Crashed Into Day Care Was Involved In Hit & Run
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Police have released new details about the driver who crashed into a day care in Aurora on Wednesday afternoon.
Officers say the man had been involved in a hit & run and was speeding away from police when he lost control and crashed into the building at East Yale Avenue and South Parker Road.
Two children and an employee had minor injuries.
Neco Benson is facing charges including reckless driving and driving under the influence of drugs.
